One of the civil rights group's members had a particularly good season answering left-wing extremists who wrote in to the local community forum in the newspaper. This was presented to encourage good citizenship, and was done from scratch, except the beginnings of the filigree border that was further massaged in Illustrator before coming into Photoshop. A flag parchment seemed the right background, and I did a quick official seal on the fly for this job.
